- Compensation will range from $65,000 - $75,000 per year commensurate with experience.
What we ask of you:
The ministry director provides strong management and leadership of the ministry team, who work on the front lines of neighborhood care and deal with a variety of difficult challenges. The job requires emotional and spiritual energy to properly make disciples and not become overwhelmed by these challenges. The ministry director must encourage the team and provide them with the tools and coaching necessary to be effective. This includes discerning when the team needs care and comfort or challenge and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff & programs to best achieve missional outcomes and ensure health and excellence.
- Ensure staff development and community leadership through training and coaching.
- Build community relationships and be a caring and dynamic face of the organization.
- Participate in organization wide leadership as part of the leadership team.
Our requirements for you as an applicant:
- Must have experience in leading missional work and managing staff and programs.
- Bachelors degree required.
- Must be willing to relocate to our community, in line with our CCDA philosophy all ministry staff must move into our neighborhood.
