Community Outreach Minister

Compensation includes housing plus $17.00 per hour. 25 - 35hrs/wk. This position requires living near our ministry, therefore we provide housing. It is not a housing stipend.

What we ask of you:

This position provides an opportunity to minister to adults in our transitional housing through life coaching, bible study & community building. Additional opportunities will be in supporting adults in our community with pursuing employment, advancing careers, and navigating other systems to move them towards financial freedom.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate community Bible study and social events

Serve neighbors one-on-one with spiritual care, employment, and navigating systems

Provide neighbors with Life & Financial Coaching

Support Adult Independence classes

Our requirements for you as an applicant:

Must have an active relationship with Jesus Christ

Must have completed some college, Bachelors degree preferred

Must have a valid drivers license and adequate driving record

Preference will be given to applicants with case management experience or a social work degree
